Our readers have access to the Electronic Dissertation Library within the National Electronic Library (NEB): a large archive of dissertations defended in Russia. Over 30 000 dissertations are added to the e-library every year, where 20 000 are Candidate of Sciences dissertations. As of 2018, this electronic library contains 1,240,657 full-text dissertations and abstracts.

Abstracts of dissertations are available for downloading. Downloading copyrighted material (dissertations) is not available.
