International Perspectives on Communication Disorders — 1988
These are the proceedings of the Seventh International Symposium held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, May 4, 1987. The theme of the conference, Human Communication Disorders: A Worldwide Perspective, is reflected in 17 papers addressing a cross-section of speech, language, and hearing-related topic areas. Although most of the contributors are from North America, papers examining the delivery of speech and hearing services in Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the United Kingdom are also included.
