A Korean cartoonist who has sometimes given us hopes and dreams and represented the public’s voice is now celebrating his 100th anniversary. —100 Years of Comics That Depict the Times— tells the story of the creation of works through the voices of leading Korean cartoonists from each era, including Kim Seong-hwan (Guardian Gobau), Kim San-ho (Li-Fi), Lee Jin-ju (Run, Hani), Bae Geum-taek (Youngsimi), and Jo Seok (Sound of the Heart). This is a documentary that looks at the 100-year history of Korean comics in an interesting, cartoon-like way.
