The «Night Wuhan» photography competition is centered on the night scenery of Wuhan, using photographers' perspectives to present the city’s profound cultural heritage and modern urban charm to the world. Since its launch, the event has received over 3,000 photographic works and more than 100 short videos over nearly six months of submissions, with nearly 500 participants. After expert review and public announcement, the final selection included 3 gold, 7 silver, 15 bronze, and 25 excellence award works in the photography category, and 3 gold, 3 silver, 7 bronze, and 15 excellence award works in the short video category, plus 7 and 25 excellent collection works respectively. The entries cover all aspects of Wuhan’s urban life and various industries: bridges over the river showcase the grandeur of Wuhan at night; the lights on both banks of the river record the beauty of Wuhan’s night; through the night scenes, people’s lives reflect the city’s vitality, and each work not only shows the beauty of Wuhan’s night but also reflects the city’s construction style and people’s pursuit of a better life. The colorful lights and dazzling night scenes of Wuhan exude a captivating charm.
