Forensic psychiatrist Frank Clevenger, who gained celebrity status thanks to his latest case, is bugged by the FBI trying to catch the elusive killer known as the highway killer, who scattered twelve bodies across twelve states. But the highway killer isn’t just a serial killer-he's a psychiatrist whose brilliance as a doctor is matched only by his accuracy as a killer.
