Аннотация: Tudor Interludes draws on ten plays, either complete or in extract, which have been chosen to represent the loosely defined dramatic form known as the 'interlude'.Interludes preceded the full flowering of the Elizabethan theatre and are thought to have been designed for banquets or other forms of entertainment. Both popular and aristocratic specimens have survived, and each style is represented here.
